Super Partner label: super networks, super prices

From the very beginning, Chargemap has been committed to providing the best charging experience for electric vehicle drivers. The Chargemap Partners programme is our way of bringing about change through exclusive partnerships with charging networks. Recognisable by the Super Partner label, these networks are dedicated to delivering an optimal charging experience at the right price. Here’s an overview of how it works.

The advantages of a Super Partner charging network with Chargemap

A negotiated charging rate

A charging network is granted the Super Partner label when it commits to offering us a discounted rate. In return, we commit to both our partner and to you, ensuring that you fully benefit from this discount.

It’s worth noting that the reduced price offered to Chargemap Boost subscribers across all networks can be combined with the rate of a Super Partner.

A commitment to an optimal charging experience

In exchange for this pricing benefit, Super Partner networks commit to Chargemap to enhance the quality of their charging service. They gain access to the Chargemap Partners tool, which provides them with the resources to achieve this.

They notably monitor various data related to their infrastructure, including your feedback shared in the Chargemap app, and take action in the right areas to ensure the reliability and quality of their charging service.

How to identify the Super Partner networks?

A dedicated filter to spot them in the blink of an eye

You can now apply the ‘Super Partners only’ filter to display only the charging stations from Super Partner-labelled networks.

On a charging station’s detail screen

Super Partners are also characterised by their slightly more detailed station screens, which feature the Super Partner label at the top right.

On the lists of both nearby and pinned charging stations

Similarly, you can find the Super Partner label in the list of nearby stations as well as in the list of stations you’ve pinned.

Every charge station has its own instructions and I frequently fail to get them to work at all. The last three I tried in France failed – I tried the chargemap card at all of them . I’m at risk of running out which is worrying. Forget sellng on price _ sell on convenience and ease of use. It should not be so difficult. My wife has excellent French but we still find it enormously worrying trying to get a charge. We just tried at Aldi, the public car parks in Ceret and Quillan. Instructions are unclear. Help!
